WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
To develop the most effective transition program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. It aims to provide increased knowledge and confidence of educators to plan and implement activities and practices that will support a successful transition to school for our children, as well as support positive relationships and communication between families, services, schools and the local community to support student engagement.
WHO BY
SNAICC – National Voice for our Children is the national peak body for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, working tirelessly for the safety, development and wellbeing of our children and families. SNAICC works with Cultural Fusion facilitators, Dr Shane Houston and Shane Perdue, in the delivery of this program.
