This workshop is for organisations and individuals who have insights they would like to contrbute to the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Plan.

OVERVIEW OF DAY
At the Workshop we will be exploring your views and experiences about what works to:
- Grow Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation in the health workforce, across traditional and non-traditional roles; and
- Strengthen the health system to create and sustain its cultural, operational and professional capability and functioning in support of improved attraction, retention and career progression of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.

WHO BY
The Commonwealth Department of Health is leading the development of the Workforce Plan and has engaged Cultural Fusion to progress this work. Cultural Fusion is undertaking an extensive national consultation process and will be managing and faciliating the regional workshops.
